Absolutely not recommended!! I stayed at this hotel last week, and I must say that my experience was really terrible. While I understand that every hotel has its shortcomings, I believe it's important to provide feedback that may help the establishment improve for future guests. Location: The hotel's location is far from historical sites, but it's suitable for those with business interests in the Levent area. If proximity to corporate facilities is your priority, it may be an acceptable choice. Rating vs. Reality: The hotel boasts a 4-star rating, but in my opinion, it falls significantly short of that standard. It seems as if it may have earned its stars a couple of decades ago, but it has since lost its shine. The furniture is old and not maintained, as well as dirty. Cleanliness: Upon entering the hotel, the reception area left much to be desired. Dust accumulation in corners, oily floors, and dirty windows were disappointing first impressions. The elevator was also lacking in cleanliness and had a persistent food odor from the adjacent restaurant, which did not offer fresh or quality ingredients. Room Conditions: The hallways and rooms were a continuation of the cleanliness issue. Dirty and smelly carpets (smell of feet & sweat, everyday) seemed to be a recurring theme. In my room, I encountered an unsettling surprise: cockroaches (!!) in the bathroom. Aging Decor: The hotel's furnishings appeared outdated and worn, giving it a dated and uninviting feel. It's clear that investments in refurbishment are overdue. Spa Experience: The spa, a place that should be synonymous with hygiene and relaxation, unfortunately, fell short of expectations. The use of outdoor shoes by the staff and the excessive nightclub-style lighting, complete with plastic plants, created an ambiance that felt more like a low-budget establishment. Other Guests: I also observed a lack of decorum among some of the other guests, which contributed to an overall sense of discomfort. Breakfast: The breakfast offered was disappointing, with a limited selection that included hard-boiled eggs, questionable cheese, spring rolls (an unusual choice for breakfast), and fries. Additionally, guests had to walk to another building to access the breakfast area, which was an inconvenience. Nighttime Disturbances: One unfortunate aspect of my stay was the disruptive behavior of some guests during the night, which included loud and inappropriate activities in the neighbouring rooms that woke me up several times in the night. This issue significantly impacted the overall quality of my stay. I will not be staying again and I would definitely not recommend!

Great hotel and very friendly staff. We arrived late at night and didn't like the small size of the room. Within 5 minutes, our room was upgraded, with the compliments from the management. Reception staff was great, nothing was too much trouble. Although I wasn't much for the breakfast, you could buy omelette or other stuff for a very reasonable price. Restaurant food was really nice, great prices and lovely room service. Again, nothing was too much trouble if we had specific requirements. Didn't use the spa, but my other half enjoyed the gym. Thank you to all the lovely staff, you are the reason for my 5⭐️ rating.

I visit here 2 days ago and they took money twice from me when I ask for a paper with sign that shows me refund will be they told me that if I have any problem can call police and tried humiliate me with my family also for two nights they asked first 300€ then something happened and then they took money as 272€ for a small dirty room instead of my reservation big room after all this bad experience I asked for see the manager also manager escaped from all customers and they didn’t reply any of my questions. There is no Kind good and problem solving people, that was terrible experience for me and my family.. how tripadvisor have them those all stars i don’t understand

I have spent the last week in turkey as I have just had surgery, I was in a very weak state for a couple of days due to the op and the staff have been absolutely amazing , genuine kind and helpful - that includes the reception staff, the restaurant staff and even the cleaners, This room was also a nice size and very clean, I cannot fault my experience here , thankyou to the staff that helped me, I really appreciate it
